Ins: Cousins, Cotchin, Brown, and perhaps Bowden

Out: Coughlan, McMahon, Graham (didn't like his game at all today - concentrate on the ball son not the man) and if it was up to me Newman

Brown to see if he is worth considering for 2010

Bowden because he has played well the last 5 weeks at Coburg. Also facts are sometime between now and round 20 (his testimonial) he will be bought back.

Might as well get it over and done with  :rollin

If you want to develop young players, you need a bit of guidance out there. Newman is like a rutterless ship with no guidance with the ship doing circles in the Marina :'(

Out : Cogs

In: Thomson

We have to give this kid a chance to play at AFL level to gauge his worth. He has had periods of success playing for Coburg but has injuries so with so many midfielder stuggling at the moment to get back in the team, now would be the time.

I'm happy to leave Brown, Bowden, Simmonds, Cogs, etc out of the team for the rest of the year but if they need to return make it on mass in round 20 for Bowdens testimonial. It is very unlikely any of the above players will be in our side next year so leadership or not, why have them take the place of a young player this year?

In the Mix - AFL site

Richmond

Despite the Tigers tossing away a seven goal lead to finish with a draw against North Melbourne on Sunday, don’t expect to see too many changes from Punt Rd for the rivalry round clash with the Bombers. Ben Cousins and Trent Cotchin were late withdrawals last week and are in significant doubt for this weekend, while Nathan Foley will miss another with his calf injury, leaving the Tigers significantly short on quality midfielders.

If Cuz and Cotch are in "significant doubt" for this weekend because of flu ....Why were they at training yesterday ?

Cousins and Cotch trained today and are in.

Foley however will miss again. Is having ongoing ankle and achilles problems  :-\.

Rawlings said Richo is a chance to play for Coburg next week.
