Richmond need to pull away from Coburg & create thier own VFL side. Too many Richmond listed players playing below thier level in the VFL 2nds & are losing interest

Can we have a double VFL alignment?

Didn't the Kangaroos have both Nth Ballarat and Tassie at one stage?
And you may not think I care for you

The Kanagaroos have partial alignments with Nth Ballarat & Werribee at the moment.

Season ends for Pettifer

By Adrian Ceddia  Mon 27 July, 2009

For the second successive year, a knee injury has prematurely ended Kayne Pettifer’s season.

Pettifer underwent surgery yesterday to repair a fractured knee cap, which he sustained while playing for Coburg in the VFL against Casey at Casey Fields last Saturday.

It was almost a year to the day that Pettifer had his 2008 season cut short after severely damaging the same knee while playing for Coburg. He subsequently underwent a full knee reconstruction.

The latest setback is unrelated to last year’s injury and he suffered no other structural or ligament damage to the knee. He is expected to make a full recovery.
