The Richmond "process" has turned out to be a farce. Anytime you have a fixed "process", that refuses to adapt to a changing world that surrounds it, is flawed in my opinion.  Make a late night phone call the Kevin. If that fails, just give the job to Dean.

If by changing world you mean the push from media and supporters to peddle their own agendas then in my opinion the process is not flawed.

The process is a joke. Sheedy should have been the intellectual soul to transform Richmond. RFC FAILED!

If it couldn't have been Sheedy, DEAN LAIDLEY, would have been "perfect." But no, let's rely on the "process."

If you couldn't get SHEEDY, you should go for DEAN. DEAN is over and above EVERYTHING on the "process" list. Period! IMO.

If the RFC go with the "process" at hand, and pick a coach. I say good luck to RFC. I'd be happy to lick my toe jam and admit defeat, if and  when the RFC becomes a powerhouse??
