Freo are the worst! We are not far behind! However, everyone wants to bag our list commenting on people by labelling them with names such as McLovin and Petrified and bagging Edwards and King even though Edwards was named in todays best! Then we want to say that the club will die within 10 years if we appoint Jade! You cant have your cake and eat it too! What is it ? Wallace, the club, March, Rawlings? Jade has inherited a mess but we blame him! The list is not the greatest getting around and i think we ought to remember that when passing judgement. Rawlings is the little boy with the finger in the dyke! It wouldnt matter who coached us, we are not going to do any good until we stop slagging off, back stabbing and generally being nasty little humans!

your comment it doesn't matter who is coach us if the biggest load of crap because if that were Lethal or Malthouse out there the players would respond and all 22 would have been gusting their gut out their today. They dont respect Jade as a coach and are not affraid of him.
Our players need to be affraid of making a mistake and not be sugar coated like what Spud and Wallace did.
Lastly anything to do with the Wallace era needs to go.

The scare tactic of authoritarian style coaches is long dead. Look what happened to Pagen in the Carlton days.
No matter how many times you tell the players are worthless it wont make them better players. Our list needs to be improved before we start calling upon coaches to come in and save the day.
We need our own brand and style of footy and it needs disciplined players to adhere to it. Simple as that.
Ross Lyon and Paul Roos 2 of the most placid coaches in history have probably the best win loss record of any team bar Geelong since the Brisbane era.
There are no need for Goliath coaches these days. You need an Einstein, that's why I'm heading towards Richardson. Don't get me wrong Hardwick's CV is 2nd to none but doesn't strike me as an innovator. Richardson has a lot of experience with successful clubs that have rebuilt. For mine that edges a bit over the fact that he is a little rougher in his playing days.
The last few premierships have a uniwure style to them.
Sydney - Keep possession at all costs (Innovative and first of it's kind)
Geelong - Run and Carry, use handball and run in numbers at will (Possibly can't claim that they invented it but first team to get it right and everyone tried to copy them)
Hawthorn - Invented the zone (Innovative and brilliant match committe decisions, coaching and team discipline)
For mine what every we are doing isn't working. To the drawing board and brainstorm with Sheeds how this club can change the game instead of trying to keep up with the rest of them.
We need brains at the club not brutes.
