We Are The Worst

Well just sitting here at 3 qtr time 97 points down and I really feel we are the worst performing club in the AFL. We actually play our players in the positions we beleive they plat at their best (with the exception of morton today... ???) and we still can not play this game.

Our decision making is amazingly stupid, our skill level... well.... I watched my sons 12's side play today and they won by 47 points in the hail and their skill was better, I kid you not.

Our players are weak and underperformers and very over rated. trade any of them for mine and start again, honestly they have not shown me anything this week that differs from last wek.

Really people with the exception of the youth policy...... well giving a few young players a go that would have got a go anyway what has changed since Wallace left???? Please be honest to yourselves before answering that, also, sorry Jade but the players look like they wan't to win for you as much as I wan't to stick a cucumber up my behind.

This club needs a hard nut coach to pull these useless players into line because what I am watching is not an AFL side it is a pathetic attemp to to play a game that we all love by a pathetic side representing a club we all love.

And you bag me earlier this year for when I stated the obvious

Thats because you attack the players personaly and start your name calling antics, I have questioned the team.....

The only players I have attacked personally are JON, McMahon, Schulz, Pettifer, Hughes, And of Course Wallet and and his Cronies.

Jade was given a big chance unfortunately he is not ready to be a senior coach. Hardwick on the other hand is. A history of success and toughness is what is needed not molly coddling.

Tell me about Hardwick's hardness as a coach Ramps? Where do you get that from? (Serioiusly - I don't know much about him as a coach).

Its funny what a good nights sleep can do.

Over the last 3 weeks you can argue that we are a rabble and the absolute easy beats of the competition.

However we are not the only team in the history of the AFL to succumb to injuries and put the cue back in the rack towards the end of the season.

Western Bulldogs lost the last 4 games of 2007 by an average of almost 10 goals.
Essendon finished off last year with 3 straight losses at an average losing margin of 70 pts.

Our recent lack of competitiveness has been disturbing and we are in no danger of winning again this year.
Things look grim now...but we will soon have a new coach appointed and a major clean out of the playing list.
2010 ...A new beginning.

Absolutely no doubt we are one of the worst teams.

I use % to gauge teams as it is not affected by a couple of close scrappy wins. Ours is nearly as bad as Melbourne and Freo and I think that there is a possibility that we will finish with a worse % than Freo.

We are very lucky that we only played Geelong and St Kilda once too as it might have finished the worst!

Collingwood could have smashed us by more but were resting players in the last. dont be fooled by the margin.
Why was Morton in the backline, l thought Edwards, McMahon, Rance were going to cover for Bowden.
l cant workout   Thursfield is truely lost & why they all try to out mark forwards down there instead of punching & crunching

All I can say is get used to it. 2010 should be a full on developmental year where we get games into as many of our young fellas as possible.

We are one of the worst performing but we dont have the worst list.  Blood our top draft picks from this year straight away into next years season as well regardless of how they go.

Post, Vickery, Collins play them regardless of form or results.

schulz does okay at that level yet is useless when he plays for us.

Your not suggesting that Hardwick is an idiot who cant put 2 sentences together. His education, the successful completion of commerce degrees suggests that not only isnt he an idiot, but that he can also put 2 sentences together as well together with 3 flags at 3 different clubs. If he doesnt get the job- then the process has been rubbish.
