Who do you fancy Jack?

Mate, I honestly dont know.
What I would like to know what team each applicant will bring to punt rd.?
At the end of the day, you are only as good as the people who work with you.
I have actually met all 3 applicants.
I like Ken H as a bloke, Richo is good, as so is Hardwick.
Although I think the club should have looked outside the square a bit.
I think the club will go for Ken

I think you have bought up a very good point there in your post about "who" each applicant may bring to punt road.

One of my questions is are they going to be aloud to bring there own team with them or are they going to be stuck with Campbell, Rawlings and Co. If this is the case then I seriously doubt the success of whom ever does get the Job. The new coach could quite possibly be seriously hampered by not being able to determine his own team.

Someone ought to get the towels out for Ramps

No skin of my nose if Hardwick misses out. I think he is best suited to us but Ill be just as happy if Hinkley gets it. At the end of the day the most important thing is the RFC and making sure we get the best person. Richmond being successful is what counts not individuals.

Agree 100% with that.  If the coach can't do a 'coaching cleanout' (if he wants to) then we may as well keep Rawlings - and that won't be good for anyone at this point.

What if there are contracts in place

What do you suggest they do then
