You mean the Collingwood Youth Academy he developed?
or the work he's done with Essendon's youngsters?
Yeah, crap track record there
The worst thing was when he was coaching at Coburg he was starting to build the youth academy idea here until he was poached/pushed out
No results infamy, Frawley could have put the youth academy together its an administrative function.
Whats Essendon done? Nothing. He has no products, its all "what ifs", "could have beens" and "looks like it could be".
Talk about marking hard. And blindly.
I think Richardson went to Essendon just last year, so he's had under 12 months developing kids at a place that was seen as certainties for bottom 4. They're 8th right now.
I'd also like to hear all about your knowledge of the youth academy of you regard it as simply an "administrative function."
He also, due to developing the youth academy, had a hand in developing Collingwood's youth into the base of what we see today, which is a top 4 side from a group of players who probably shouldn't be.
Sure you can say I'm "looks like it could be"-ing but explain to me how else we can interpret it, unless we employ a purely cynical approach like yourself?
Hinkley has been involved in a highly successful club for 3 years. Is that in any way due to him? "Looks like it could be".
Hardwick has hard success follow him. "what if" its just luck.
And round and round in circles we could go.
