By the way is Patto 28 or 22 ??? Unless you got something for him he can improve and  its sad that people slag off on a bloke that gives his best evergy week.

He moves like an 82 year old.

No real surprises with the names mentioned. Sadly Cogs has been crueled by injuries since his B&F :(. Too slow and his kicking has gone to the dogs. At 27 he's finished. Unless he gets a farewell game in Perth his final game could running around for Coburg at Preston this Sunday.

Patto is 23. No obvious position to play him in modern AFL. Too slow and lacks acceleration to be a forward while too short and lacks leap to be a ruckman.

As for Sarge and Jordie - is any other club actually interested in them so we can trade them away? If we can't offload them to another club then we'll be stuck with them unless we pay both of them out of their respective contracts.

Pattison will probably end up at Hawthorn. I dont know for what. Just know they wanted to draft him in 2004 and made enquiries atleast 1 if not 2 times since then in trade periods.

Patto will not be at Richmond next season, he is unhappy with lack of game time, has been for a number of seasons, he will seek a trade. Only way I can see him at RFC next season is if no one else wants him and we offer him another year.

And ill add in a  ;) so you know its true  :thumbsup

we have about 10 blokes who give their best "energy" each and every week.

that is not enough.

patterson to go, its a no brainer

The Hawks need key defenders. I'd doubt they'll be interested in Patto now.

The reason we are so bad is we hold on to these guys to long. Pattison is not upto it, sad but simple!
Also Cogs to go too.
The RFC need to be ruthless this year come seasons end.

We hold onto guys for too long because we trade away picks and then we are left with too few decent picks to replace them with. Just 13 National draft picks in 4 drafts used on kids is a disgrace. We've traded away our 3rd pick three years in a row and I don't think we've traded away a player for an extra pick(s) since 2004  :P. The club's recruiting philosophy has been wrong. I still don't see the point of that extra 1.5 wins this year either which would've allowed us to delist another list clogger and replace him with a kid in the top 20 of a shallow draft. Jade didn't get the coaching job anyway and the past two weeks is hardly building a winning culture  :help.
