Richmond has signed 19-year-old key forward Jemima Woods as a delisted free agent on Wednesday afternoon.

The athletic Western Jets product grew up in Bacchus Marsh and was a Western Bulldogs’ Next Generation Academy graduate, before being signed by the Bulldogs prior to the last AFLW season earlier this year.

She arrives at Tigerland having played two AFLW games for the Bulldogs.

Is that Wakefield back at training?

Apparently she walks 600 miles through the desert and over the Grampians bare feet through the snow just to get to training.  :rollin

This quote probably explains why she looked half arsed at times

"Due to circumstances out of my control I have retired from AFLW," Stahl said.

"My health is more important than a game of football.

Richmond has signed 183cm basketballer Saraid Taylor to its AFLW list for Season 7.

Taylor is a current NBL1 teammate and close friend of Richmond midfielder Tessa Lavey. She was also a member of the Southside Flyers’ 2020 WNBL Championship team with Monique Conti.

The 23-year-old was recommended to Tigers recruiters by Lavey and Conti, given her suitability and transferrable skills for AFLW.

Taylor has excellent endurance, anticipation, speed, competitiveness and agility. She will be initially developed as a defender/ruck for the Tigers.
