Are you forgetting he still has to pay tax and carr etc. for the rest of the 530k. So it still is pretty close to $70k difference

Are you forgetting he still has to pay tax and carr etc. for the rest of the 530k. So it still is pretty close to $70k difference

 
nah every dollar he earns above the 530 he'll get taxed at 45% +10% of it will go to Carr. 70k minus 45% tax  plus 10% of that to Carr so it will probably end up being an extra 30k tops.

My point exactly tony.
The difference in what he was offered and what he wants is like to net him $30,000 a year. Not a lot in the scheme of a 12-15 year career IMO.
