Totally agree with the Crows one, but what else would we expect from them. They might have put in a few hearts and roses, as this would suit them.
I'm all for the 100 year logo, if not keep what we have got.

Brilliant Work and a Brilliant Logo. Club should use it. Its a traditionally successful RFC logo with a modern twist. Well Done MT  :clapping

Youve added stars -I imagine each star represents 1 flag. A super super logo.

Yep sure does  :thumbsup.

The other idea if people think it's too "busy" was to use one "super" star as clubs in Italy do for each 10 championships they've won but I went for 10 smaller stars as it added symmetry. Anyway just putting it out there after you mentioned it Ramps.

Perfect MT. By far that logo was the best Tiger logo in history. A touch of the old and a touch of the modern and a bit of the European soccer Logo too with the touch of adding a star for each of our Premierships. Fantastic stuff. :thumbsup

comes down to peoples likes and dislikes. I like it and think it could be better, the est 1885 banner needs to be much smaller, the concept of the stars I like, but it makes it a bit busy, and I prefer the Richmond Football Club heading to have a straight line appearance rather than the slanting, its a good base for a new design. I think MT did a great job for a first up effort.

Agreed. Nice effort and good 'shopping though MT.
I don't mind the nostalgic 80s Tiger but it does make the logo look very dated.
I just think we are so fond of it because we associate it with success.
Not that there's anything wrong with that!

Though I do like that older leaping Tiger pose more than the straight head as it has more agression to it.
Perhaps if we had a designer redraw a Tiger like that in a more modern style it could work.
Don't like the shield, star and banners at all as it looks way too busy.

Carlton's relatively recently redesigned logo has a good mix of tradition and modern appeal IMO.
(Won't stain the site but have provided links if you can bear the sight of it).

Simple is good. :thumbsup

Modifying the centenary logo

I like this one, although I'd remove the yellow sash completely. It is simple, holds onto a tradition in our yellow sash across the black in the backgrond. Then has a modern tiger head that has some link to the old Tiger one from the 70/'s

As for the Ramps "one" - the yellow sash at the bottom would defintely need to go and then prehaps it would work better.

But great work MT  :thumbsup

"if it aint broke-dont fix it"......thats just my personal opinion.

Just to take this thread in another direction I always thought that Balmain(NSWRL) had the best tiger logo in the country.

Their Tiger just seems "cooler" than ours.

As for Glenelg & Claremont.....their tigers look pathetic.

I actually like the NRL West Tigers logo if you remove the claws and change the orange to yellow

I agree with you here Magic but my drawing in Paint skills aren't that flash lol so I stuck with the original leaping tiger from the 80s.

I'm not a fan of Carlton's current logo as it's fairly plain and uninspiring although it's Carlton so maybe that's why lol.

MT I do like both of the first two. If the afl logo could be removed from the second one would be even better though, it detracts a little bit. The idea of the stars is good, but where are are the extra stars going to go ?  :thumbsup
