On Thursday 25th March, Richmond fans will have the opportunity to say farewell to Richo at the round 1, Richmond v Carlton match.
If you’re aged between 10 and 15 and are a 2010 Richmond member, you could be one of 282 children who go on to the MCG prior to the match to form a guard of honour for Matthew Richardson.
To go into the draw, simply fill out the form below.
On the night you’ll receive a Richo tee to wear on the ground.
Hurry! Competition is only open to current members so get your membership application or renewal in by Monday 15 March 2010.
Terms and Conditions:
• Children must be aged between 10 and 15.
• Children must be a 2010 Richmond member.
• Entries close Monday 15th March 2010.
• The draw will take place at Richmond Football Club on Tuesday 16th March. Winners will be notified by phone and published on the Richmond website (
www.richmondfc.com.au) on Thursday 18th March.
• The 282 names will be drawn at random. �
• NB. Winners do not receive entry to the match.
• Winners will receive on the night a Richo tee to wear on the ground. Children get to keep the tee shirt.
• Winners will be sent directions for the meeting point on the night. Children will need an adult to accompany them to the meeting point, which will be a roped off section inside the ground. Children will then be taken on the ground by MCG and Richmond officials. Note, no adults of the children are allowed onto the ground.
• Once the activity is over, children will be delivered back to the parent(s), if they have reserved seats in another Stand, they would need to obtain a pass-out and re-enter at the appropriate Gate.
• Entry to the competition is free.
• One entry per member.
