okay two ins id like to see.
cousins - really speaks for itself i would drop white just not up to afl standard.

vickery - imo he needs a break not getting a lot of the ball not doing a lot in the ruck and not getting a lot of game time. hes had a good run  but imo its time to send him back to coburg to get full games find some touch take some marks and get his confidence up for another crack it in 4 or 5 weeks time. the obvious replacement for him is browne give him a block of games  4 or5 has to be good for his development.

jackson- obviously suspended would like to give polo his spot  play him  as a run with player.

collins - is one i would like to see get a game imo we should be getting as many games as possible into him. the one i would drop is nahas.

Nahas Out (needs to string quality games together. Pathetic last week)
Tambling Out

Polo In
Collins In
Hislop In (as much as i dont rate him)

Why are you calling for players to come in that WP has already informed us that they did not perform at Coburg?? King and Thompson were the only ones that stood up apparently so why would you include Polo, Hislop and Collins. Just asking because it's confusing.

We have a few players that go missing or turn the ball over weekly, I just don't think Tambling is that bad every week in comparison.

He looks like he is not really interested in footy at the moment, has looked like that for a while now, he just seems really out of sorts during the games I have seen him in this year.

Let's hope gold likes Mitch, enough to give a first round pick for him.

By all reports Blinga will play this week so the only forced omission is Jackson. I would drop White and bring Cousins in to replace him and Polo to act as our tagger. Can't think of anyone else who could take up the role?  ???

White can tag.  I'd drop Rance before him.

whoever is fit to come in for the forced change.
Leave the players to get a feel of playing together we need to mold a team & have others force thier way into the side.
If nobody is will to start finding the ball & doing team stuff down at Coburg then dont make changes.
Coburg just as much as Richmond need to start playing for each other & the Richmond players need to give a bigger effort
