The way I read it will be back to grand finals again.
So if he still is without his by then, no problems.

I understand some people think it's funny but I don't

It seems people who have made the effort to renew their memberships without receiving an actual renewal notice in the mail haven't received the FTB yet.

Sorry but IMHO that's just not good enough. They should have all been sent at the same time - no excuses

They can't even tell me when I'll be receiving it exactly.

"Shortly" is not an answer
