We haven't played any footy at all this year that makes me want to watch a replay of it. The wins have been atrocious and the losses worse. I have stopped watching all footy related shows, I'll still watch the tigers but halfway through think to myself 'I should have stayed outside and kept painting'.

I could handle it if we were 2-4 but playing some good footy, footy that shows we're not far off clicking and stringing 6-7 wins together, but we are so far off the pace it's not funny.

Exactly 2012 we were 1-4 after 5 but with abit of pose we may have knocked off Geelong and West Coast . All in all our footy was pleasant to the eye and our effort was clearly there hence we knocked off Sydney and Hawthorn a month later.  Aaaargh those were the glory days. :help

Hard to argue with this.
Good post Tucker.
It's that simple Spud

Good post. Agree with the wins. Equally uninspiring football.
After this weekend our ladder position will be a true reflection of where we are at and I expect we'll finish somewhere about there come seasons end.
Just nowhere near enough talent on the list.

Will we modify the headline on Monday to "Is 2-5 the end of the world....or is there still hope?"?

Mate Geelong is all over, Im worried about the Dees the week after.

Said it before hawks match we are no chance just want to see us dare to dream and back ourselves and I can cop it with hope in sight, alas it was far from that against the hawks.

If we can change it around against the Cats we might be a chance against the Dees, BUT if the play the same, well Im worried

totally agree. Our wins have come about because of the ineptitude of the other sides. Not because we have played well

Maybe the GWS game will be our Port Adelaide moment ?
The way we're playing they'll beat us. If so Dimma must be sacked and then we can get someone in who clears out all his love children.
We still have some talent on the list to build around.

No hope mate unfortunately, the club is finished for 2014

Next year marks 15 years since Spud Frawley took over.

Our return has been 3 finals for 1 win. 1 of those losses against a 9th placed team so effectively last year we didnt make finals if you ask me.
