Nathan Vardy has a few suitors that may be ahead in pack. Tigers interested in Nankervis.

Isn't Nankervis a ruckman, if so no thanks, that area is adequately covered

 :lol :clapping

Oh and

Admittedly I haven't seen much of him, but Toby Nankervis from Sydney looked alright the other night. Still young at 21 and a little short but he just looked like he had a real go and wasn't too shabby. Laid 9 tackles as well. A bit behind the pecking order over at Sydney so could be a realistic.

199cm is becoming 'short' for a ruckman now days when competing against more and more 205cm+ blokes who can leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Would think we would have a crack at Lin Jeong, why just let collingwood have him without a struggle?

What nine tackles in a game, that's preposterous Hampson laid 36 for a whole season at 1.8 per game, how does Nankervis find the energy to ruck as well.

I suppose you are going to say something totally outrageous like he also involves himself in general play around the ground

Doesn't train as hard and saves his energy

Free agent Docker Zac Clarke weighing up Victorian suitors.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Barrett claimed last night that Brent Harvey could play on in 2017 at Collingwood.
Tom Browne on Ch 7 last night said the Pies had enquired about Harvey becoming an assistant coaching. Not playing.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding Tom Mitchell, we understand the Blues are as much of a chance to sign him as Hawks. Media hyping up a Hawks move though..

Kaiden Brand's contract talks with Hawthorn have stalled. North Melbourne leading the race.

As much as we need depth in our ruck stocks, we need a good frontline ruckman more.

because we are better off loading up on Draft picks.let Carl/Coll go the "top up" route & watch them fail miserably.

If we had some balls jeong + mitchell + prestia + a real ruckman, now that would be exciting if we added a real game plan,

I'd be getting in Tiger boy Bontempelli's ear and start the planning on how to get him now......
