there is an argument for umpires actually doing their paid job properly, a weak one I know but I am playing devils advocate.  As for Cotchin being accountable for umpiring decisions, Here is a tissue Ox, you have a bit of scat on your chin.

See, that's my one big issue with Cotch; he has NO idea when he should be given 50m penalties in the dying seconds of matches which are essentially dead rubbers.
