Tough little nut who could tackle so well for his size, especailly against bigger blokes.

Was sensational in 1994 - standout game for mine was against the Kangaroos - a tackle on that big overrated log McKernan was inspirational ;)

MT - Chris captained Freo in 1999, which could go into his honours list (if it is actually an honour  :-\ ;D )

Top bloke, good player. Would be great to have on our coaching panel - pretty sure TW has already tried.

LOL

Yeah I only included RFC honours. I'll add it to the Freo bit in the profile.

i remember a a win against the doggies on a cold wet sunday at the g. the next day in the sun they had a great picture of bondy on the front page puching the air with both fist. the title read "LIKE THE TIGERS OF OLD!"

very good player who seemed not to go out of favour with the supporters, rather very consolidated to hear/see his name was read out every thursday evening.

Honest and dedicated player who really got the most out of his body & ability.

Has he got the Doggies VFL coaching gig to determine his coaching credentials?

Agree with everyone else. Good honest goer with exceptional character.

I'm still waiting for jake to comment on how Bondy must have taken a few swigs of Ken Griffey jr's brain and nerve tonic :rollin

Bondy wore the Tiger jumper proudly and gave we supporters great joy.

Its amazing to see another small player with the number 35 jumper this year.

Similar size to Bondy.

Hope he goes well too.
