Should have got the Amish or Mexicans, this would have been done before the dynasty!

Built Environs is the company. Check their website for a look at a gallery of projects in Australia & NZ. Quite impressive imo.

Never worked with them before, bit of a surprising choice, hopefully do a good job.

No surprises there

I reckon 95% of large building projects around the state have CFMEU flags flying

good to see the rfc engaging with a bunch of criminals.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

I'm no fan of the CFMEU, think they should be de-registered myself but that is a silly statement Frankie. Not every card carrying member of that union are crimnals

But anyway can we keep the political stuff off this thread :gotigers

Cost of building anything in this state has increased because of them. It’s relevant because that’s a factor in the delay in getting this thing started. Some of the wages for jobs which require absolutely no skills sets are disgraceful

It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Yep

Has caused workforce shortages in small business too.

Just can't afford to keep workers who can earn extortionate wages, sometimes 4-5x a regular wage, working on big union sites with large corporations or government - both of whom will pass on those costs to consumers or taxpayers.

We need a patrick stevedore type of intervention.
