No Stokes and Archer in the England squad for the Ashes. Both are injured.

Aussies got past South Africa with just two balls to spare despite chasing a low total. Once again our top order failed.

South Africa  9/118 .... Hazlewood, Starc and Zampa with 2 wickets each.

Australia       5/121 .... Smith 35 (34), Stoinis 24 (16).

Aussies thumped by the Poms  :P. Aside from Finch, the top order crumbled to be 4/21.

Aus  125 all out ........ Finch 44, Agar 20, Wade 18.

Eng  2/126 off just 11.4 overs.

Aussies back up into second thanks to flogging Bangladesh.

Ban 73 all out in just 15 overs. Zampa 5/19, Hazlewood 2/8, Starc 2/21 & Maxwell 1/6.

Aus 2/78 off 6.2 overs. Finch 40, Warner 18, Marsh 16*.

Final group game is against the Windies. Win and the Aussies are most likely into the semi finals as South Africa has to play and beat England easily to boost their net run rate above ours.

Aussies beat the Windies easily by 8 wickets with just under 4 overs to spare.

WI  7/157 ....... Hazlewood 4/39

Aus 2/161 ....... Warner 89* (56), Marsh 53 (32), Finch 9 (11).

South Africa will have to beat England by around 57 runs to jump above us on NRR.

The Kiwis got 60 runs off the last 3 overs to knock the Poms out of the T20 World Cup :lol.

We won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Pakistan 4/176 off their 20 overs.

Starc 2/38, Zampa 1/22, Cummins 1/30, Maxwell 0/22 (3), Hazlewood 0/49  :P, Marsh 0/11 (1).

Failing to get wickets along the way until the last few overs hurt us big time.

Going to be a tough chase  :-\

Warner given out when he didn't hit it. It missed the bat by a fair way too ::). Warner didn't review it though  :huh. There was a noise but it wasn't the ball nicking the bat.

The whole point of using technology to review decisions is to prevent an umpiring howler like this in a semi-final of a World Cup :facepalm.

We won!!!  :highclap

A repeat of the NZ innings the night before. When all looked lost, Stoinis and Wade got us home. 62 runs in just 4 overs and with an over to spare  :o.

Helped too that Hasan dropped the cup when he dropped Wade :shh.

NZ 4/172 off their 20 overs.

An innings of two halves. We kept them to just 60 off the first 10 overs until Williamson 85 (48) smacked Starc around the ground after Hazlewood dropped him on the boundary. Very costly dropped catch :P.

Hazlewood 3/16, Zampa 1/26, Cummins 0/27, Starc 0/60, Maxwell 0/28 (3), Marsh 0/11 (1).

Another tough chase  :-\.
