Gave him an 8

Still so crucial to mid field

Simply we are a much better team when Dion is in it and playing well

How many games do you think he played well in ?

Someone gave him a 10??? Like honestly , where is the logic in that

I reckon 8 is EXTREMELY generous

Gave him a 6. Out of form at the start of the year also and then was really hot and cold once he was capable of putting together a good game. I suspect it’s got to do with his body but he was definitely down on the very high bar he has set for himself

Agreed. Was poor, can’t play in more than 1 position.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Thought he was excellent/very good in Hawks, Demons (2nd game), Eagles (2nd game), Bulldogs (2nd game) games.

Compared to others on our list he was good. Yes not as good as previous seasons.

Just my opinion  ;D

Meatball's pretty average season was worth a pretty average 5, acknowledging that his year was stuffed by injury.  Still, that 5 still puts him on the leader board & its still a good score compared to most of his team mates ...
