Half time.
43-24.  Almost unwatchable at times.
There's no connection between our mids and forwards. We have mids streaming through the centre and their kick inside 50s hits no one. When a 5 ft-nothing Wilson is our most effective lead-up forward, there's something wrong.

As for our workrate (of lack of). Trezise being easily bumped off a loose ball inside D50 by a more desperate Bullant followed one minute later by a 15m kick that missed the target by 5m sums up the first half. It's not about talent; it's about attitude and standards. A really poor sub-standard first half by us. We're only in front because we're playing the bottom side who haven't made us pay for our laziness.

We have the free in the centre against the bottom winless side and Smith kicks wide to the wing and misses the target anyway which causes a neutral throw-in :facepalm.

Hotton smooth on wing but as soon as he gives the ball off his teammates they stuff it up :facepalm.

OMG finally some clean chain of play to set up a shot on goal.

Street finds Yassine on the fat side. Misses from 40.

OHB long to the hot spot. Hotton crumbs, dodges and weaves but misses.

The only good thing is watching Taj play.
Otherwise it's been atrocious all round.
Should be 10 goals up from our dominance but skills just so poor.

How is OHB going? Top possession getter on ground and kicked a goal which is promising
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Trezise deep in defence to Rioli at HB. Pass saved by Hotton who gives it back to Maurice. Kicks long and Bauer leaps to mark 35 out. Hits the post.

He's just too big for whomever the Bullants try against him. Dominating the ruck.

Taj, like Lalor, looks to give the handball too quickly
Imo. Just trying to do the team thing but they both need to realise we need their break away and ball use by foot. Will come with time

3/4 time

Richmond    4.4    6.7    9.10-64
N.Bullants    2.2    3.6    3.6-24

Goals: Sims, Rioli, Young, Hayes-Brown, Wilson, McKenzie, Scott, Raso, Toner.

Ball lived in our front-half that quarter. That's why the Bullants didn't score. But we didn't make the most of it given our lack of connection and sloppiness.
