Richmond’s Draft Masterplan! | Tigers’ Off-Season Strategy 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=614qWzSykIg

2025 draft:

Should go after two of Sharp, Duursma (but may have to trade up), Duff-Tytler, Robey, Lindsay (Pommy's pick of the bunch), Taylor.

Could split one of those picks to grab two for one (another midfielder plus some forward pressure).

Swap a future pick for another first rounder. Draft now and bring in out of contract talent next year - Butters or Ben King.

Bring in state league talent for depth such as Jackson Voss (Frankston), Tom Hird (Port Melb) and/or Massimo Raso (Richmond VFL).

Malcolm Rosas Jnr is the type of player Richmond lacks if you can get him across cheaply.

Model follows Hawthorn's rebuild which Richmond has been following so far.

Seems to be that many draft and trade experts out there in You Tube Land!
In saying that he makes some sense and has put some thought into our needs.

Draft the best talent available, use the trade / free agency period to fill holes.
