What it shows is just how big a leg up the northern clubs have been given with their acadamies.
Time to do away with them altogether or clubs have access to all areas and like the draft depending on where you finish get first pick on who they take into their acadamies.

That graph should also give number of players taken in each area and an average seeing as clubs have entered the comp at different times.

The get rid of father/sons because the Cats and Pies have won flags with that rule
