Throw against Willy at the ball up in Coburg's forward line. Howat passes inside to Hyde. Miss.

3QT: Coburg down by 7
« Reply #49 on: July 20, 2008, 04:03:49 PM »
3/4 time

Coburg  3.6    5.8   9.11-65
Willy     4.3    6.6   10.11-71

Goals: Tivs 2, Shelton 2, Hyde, Cartledge, Graham, Gazzo, Putt

Still making errors but a decent enough last 10 minutes to keep it close. Good crowd. Wind more swirly than favouring one end strongly. A 1-2 goal advantage.

Good defensive efforts. Collins run down tackle and then a smother but a burger.

Tivs long to sqaure. Putt tried to kick it and got tripped. Free. Goal.

Tivva playing well, getting wraps from the commentators. Sounds like they really missed him last week against Port.

Do we know what happened to Petts yet and is Cogs still doing a bit, by the way great reporting, thanks.

bg25 says JON, Meyer, Connors bog in the 3rd quarter.

JON getting a stack of it.

Connors long to the pocket. One hander by Collins and swings around and goals.

No confirmation yet on Petts. They expect it's a knee.

Cogs has had a good last 5 minutes. Tivs BOG and the spur behind this charge in the last.

Jackson long to Carnell. Goal.

Out of the centre again. Cartledge to Meyer to Tivs to Collins who gets tackled  and misses OOTF.

Lots of good gut running by the Burgers and more direct.

Willy run it up the other end though. Goal. Coburg defenders fail to spoil it again.
