Looks like he is improving every year but I am getting to a point now where I have given up hope that he will finally realise his potential and begin to star. I expect him to cement himself in the team line up and be a very good player for us.

Bling is a confidence player and by all accounts he is brimming with the stuff this preseason so hopefully he can continue to improve and have a few blinder games.

24 games, ave disposal 22.1, 5.3 marks, 2.7 tackles, goals 14.8

2009 Ritchie becomes the weapon he has promised to be.
I see him taking McMahon's position in the team at half back. 8)

Blingers to play every game barring injury and like Darth expect him to push his possession average to at least 20 or above. Hopefully it's a breakout season for him and like WP he pushes for a top 5 finish in the B&F. If Tambo is playing mainly across HB then he may not kick more goals but when he does push into the midfield and get forward I'd like to see him finish off those shots he misses on the run from 50m out. It's those shots at goal that can turn a solid game into a game changing and breaking game.

I am looking forward to Bling's 2009.

I reckon he is going to break out big time either this year or next.

I expect his stats to keep on the up and I expect him to become a game breaker with the brilliance he has shown at times in the past.

Disclaimer There is a chance he may never break out and may not become a game breaker

He has been a slow burner but the facts are he is getting better every year.
I reckon he will win atleast one game for us in 2009
Poor guy. Not his fault he was pick 4.If he was pick 50 we would all be singing his praises.
Dont forget how hard it would be moving from NT to melbourne.

This is a big year in so many aspects.

Confidence and momentum.

When your winning, everyones a star.

Prime stars are magician's in that they can create other stars or at least create the illusion of another star. Prime stars spread there magic like an aura. Enough Prime stars and the whole team becomes a star.

Will Richard Tambling take a step forward this year? - Yes I believe he will. But if our prime stars get going for real, then Richard tambling will have a break out year and become a star maybe even a prime star along with several others.
