It's been a while since we could say that Richmond has had a good trade period. It seems we have been accommodating, shrewd and uncompromising at times when it counted.

Just need to see this translate to the games.

turn it up. We have done what is required at the bare minimum and buckled under pressure and gave GC pick 6 or did you forget that?

Get Caddy and a mid teen pick and its a pass for me. Certainly one of the better ones in recent times but not great until we see how these 2 perform. (caddy, prestia)
The reality is, it has been a good trade period for us. We got overs for Lids, paid overs for Prestia but paid unders for Caddy. We also got a ruck who will be better than our current stocks for a late pick.

We have done better this trade period than many of our others. It's ok to praise the club from time to time.

Are you serious? :lol

lol we don't have caddy

Nor have we traded Lids. Talk tonight it's for a FUTURE first round pick :lol
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

No way Halfwit will let that happen. It's 2017 or it's bust.

I just hope the moron isn't that stupid to know he has to change what he has been doing. I'd be happy to eat humble pie if he can turn things around but I don't think he is a good coach at all. Not since about his 2nd or 3rd year.

Who cares if it's pick 15 or a first in 2017, it's close to the same thing. Both drafts are rated pretty good also.

Are GWS going to give us any steak knives on top, because IMO a stand alone first round is fair value for lids

Carlton and Geelong have agreed in principle on a trade that will see Zach Tuohy join the Cats for Geelong's future first round pick and Billie Smedts. An exchange of later draft picks would also be involved.

The Blues will look to pass on Geelong's future first round pick to GWS for Caleb Marchbank in a standalone trade that means they will not need to wait on receiving pick 13 from Adelaide for Bryce Gibbs in order to do the deal.

Carlton will trade picks 45 and 55 for Jarrod Pickett and the Giants' pick 58.

The Bulldogs have agreed to trade Nathan Hrovat to North Melbourne, with the clubs to switch their third round picks in the 2017 draft as well as their fourth round selections.

The Eagles and Geelong will work to do a deal for ruckman Nathan Vardy who has asked for a trade west.

Essendon and GWS will look to finalise a trade for forward James Stewart.

What will a pick 15 (2016) or a 18 (2018) do for damian? Nothing

They are still developing and in a our case history will say they won't be much chop either.

I hope it's this years as they hold the better pick and we don't have an early pick

No we paid pick 6 and next years 2nd rounder for Prestia and Caddy and an upgrade of 3rd rounder.

Pretty reasonable in my book.
