Wimpley & Slobbo brought up Patton as a possibility for trade on 360 tonight.

As much as I love the guy, it doesn't look like he'll be around for our next tilt.

Might be a good move for him also.

CALE Hooker has signed a five-year contract with Essendon.

The Bombers increased their offer from a four-year deal to five years at about $750,000 a season.

Fremantle, Hawthorn, North Melbourne, Melbourne and Collingwood were among many clubs to make a play for the best-and-fairest defender.

And no Richmond in there, dont even try, stuffn imbeciles so peeed off  :banghead

I wouldn't trade Lids.
He is the heart and soul of the club when it comes to loyalty.

The club needs to show loyalty to the servants that have served them well and have shown loyalty to the club.

That's what being a club is all about FFS!!!!!!!

You could argue that the injustice would be to keep him at Richmond for another rebuild and not let him enhoy success elsewhere. .

MAybe that's because Hooker isn't the Bomber key defender they are interested in  ;) ;D

Why not both if it was possible? not like our backline without Rance sets the world on fire.
Teams like the Bulldogs, dont know HTF they come up with all this money for VFL teams and players they get! where we with our mighty supporter base, scratch and save for the VFL team (Joke that that is).
We now have this war chest but wont send a cent, spend the freakin lot. Itll pay off in spades if it works, if not were doomed to a life of mediocirty anyway  :banghead
