everyone is differentr, some ppl sulking getting angry makes them tick and perform, john mcenroe
True, but from what i've seen so far it seems to affect jack  negatively. I just want to see him put it out of his mind as quickly as possible and concentrate on creating the next opportunity

thats bec the fwd set up and structure is all wrong

no need for three talls, need 2 talls 4 smalls, he needs space and a mosquito fleet around him, atm he is his own mosquito fleet, he is at the contest always yet has no one there with him

i dont think the structure is responsible for jack constantly playing from behind and trying to take a speccy all the time.
you seem to think that jack is flawless?

And my thoughts than your thoughts."

u dont get it

the structure means he has no space to lead, they need to open up the fwd line, have better spread, so atm most of his options are pack marks and hangers

you dont get u neve rwill co u just dont understand the game

in his break out yr, this was happening
3 big men dont work in our fwd line

 :lol
whatever
jack is flawless and there is no problem with his attitude at times, it's all someone else's fault.

3 big men dont work in our fwd line

But it worked last year in a huge way

Problem this year is we have our 2 main fwds (Jack & Ty) horribly out of form

Signs were there today that he is starting to control his domain. Big improvement by all 3 Fwds today but not good enough

The vision after half time, before the game restarted showed a Physio working on his left groin.

Yeah they're slowly getting there. Jack did something dumb in the last quarter and missed a sitter which killed us. Sick of saying it, but there is improvement.

I'm too shattered to care for the rest of the night now. I'm going to go do something else.

Rumour has it that he's carrying a groin injury and possibly shouldn't be playing.  It's restricting his running and fully extending, and will be another 3-4 weeks before it comes good.  Make of it what you will.

Hard to imagine how a groin injury can improve while you're playing on it, Smoke.  I guess he's got to protect it from stretching too far.  It's gotta be hard to play like that.

Yeah, thought the same thing Muscles.  Was one of those 'talking to a friend of the physio' type rumours so I'm not staking my life on it's authenticity but knowing our club's history in this area it just wouldn't come as a shock if he was playing injured.

I watched jr closely today....improved from 2/10 in ecent weeks to perhaps a 5/10......still could have been so much more, missed a couple of relative sitters from 30m out.....got plenty of mit to three marking contests and just failed to complete it including the last roll of the die, accept that was a difficult one.....but hey he has given us reason to raise the bar on expectations......he needs a real breakout game to get himself on a roll, the signs were there today.....notably, there wont be too many forwards that get a hold of the wc backline, bookmark that :shh

I've also heard that he's playing with cracked ribs.
