Reading Zac Tuohy's story in the rag today made me wonder how John is going and whether or not the club is still in contact with him. Does anyone know if there is ongoing communication occurring?

Heslin is still on our rookie list but you wouldn't think he'll be back. He seems happy playing senior Gaelic footy instead.

its a sad story and I dont blame the kid, i once experienced horrible home sickness when i spent a year in sydney, is all consuming and weighs heavily, I had tears of joy when i boarded the plane on a one way return trip to MELB. I'm far more critical of our talent identification processes or lack of that fail to filter out the likes of Heslin and more recently mcDonald as suitable elite atheletes
