Did any OERite go last night?

Any goss?

Didn't go but know a few who did.

Will be speaking to them later this morning

A mate said on twitter last night there were about 1200 people there. Nice little earner for the RFC seeing they now charge folks to go  ::)

Knowing those that went wp, im tipping they got at least their $35 worth, we probably made a bleedin loss :lol

Good to see everyone at the club knows you as a tonsil too  ;D
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Players extremely approachable
Good fun had by all who attended.
Well done RFC  :thumbsup

Now that's a great question.

I spoke to Axel, very friendly genuine bloke.
Funny I saw Roby Nahas go out of his way to have a photo with fans a few times -
It was a great night with quality food , drinks on request and the players all good in my book.

I heard Dusty missed training with the Flu -  to turn up to a function when your sick shows commitment  - Thanks Dusty

End up buying Griffs jumper $100

Good night  - Great value

You're missing my point. Those people should get first crack but if they don't want to go shouldn't some guests be allowed to fill the gap?

But that's the problem the eligible members don't get first crack and if there are spaces left then they sell guest passes.

They send the invites out and start selling guest passes straight away. So unless that changes and IMO it won't because they want the revenue then no my stance remains they shouldn't be selling guest passes.

But that's my question. Would you be opposed to guest passes if it was just filling the holes

I've answered it twice now

Will repeat for you one more time

I am against them selling guest passes.

And yes I would be opposed to them selling them if it was just to fill holes. It is promoted as an eligble members only function under the Clubs own Rewards and Recognition program, that's why it was intrdouced so that is how it should be run

Is that clear enough for you?

by memory they had 800 attend last year and approx 1200 on Tuesday Night
Plenty of room, hardly a sell out.
No waiting for food or drink
everything readily available
queues to players were 2-5 mins
All good

Numbers have dropped Jack because they now charge those (eligble members) who used to get in for free $35 a head

I don't give a flying stuff what you think of it right now as you've made it clear. I was asking if they were to fill the holes which you've finally answered  :banghead :banghead
