This draft makes you change your mind every day lol. Emma Quayle has Thurlow going in the first round so that counts him out.

9. Vlastuin
31. Wright (if Hawthorn don't get him at 28)
33. White/Atkins
34. James Stewart (if we miss out on White)

That would be a very poor outcome for the RFC IMHO.

Most important thing Frank has to do tonight is get the player numbers right  :rollin

Not better than Cotch, Lids maybe though. He looks like he'll develop a slightly bigger frame.

Need midfielders with a 34"+ waist. Lids too skinny in the hips, can't shrug tackles and push people like Dusty.

But Lids will burn off most players so quickly he won't need to shrug players

Watch him when he gets tagged mate. Sometimes you need to contest the ball, not just run with it. That's when you need to be strong in the core and Lids just isn't. He's a running player not an insider. Should stay on the HBF or wing IMO. Most dangerous there.

Vlas is going along just fine, is fatiguing a bitin first season, will build his tank, put on some muscle as ellis did, and i mean whoa, look out season 2014 . Our midfield will be plain unfair  :shh

I agree in terms of our midfield talent and depth. Makes me wonder which direction they will go with this years draft and during Free Agency period. Who on our list will be traded, delisted (other than Derickx) and even retire? Very hard decision this year imo.

I feel we need another crumbing forward and/or outside ball user. Perhaps another mature age ruck for depth? We need more tall forward options but we have plenty 'developing' so do we need to recruits for this role?

Much more interesting recruitment period for me this year. I would not be surprised if we go for more best player available scenerio rather than by needs basis this year especially since we have far later picks than normal.  :-\

Agree his most dangerous running but wasn't there an article saying when tagged his contested ball stays around the same, but his uncontested drops considerably?
