He's massively improved his disposal this year, his disposal efficiency (not shown here) is ip and errors are massively reduced.
He is encouraged to try and take the game on with his pace but given lack of support from team mates to shepard he will get caught more than he should.
Has played more of a midfield role this year instead of playing closer to goals last year, a sign he's getting fitter

Not saying he's perfect, but he appears to be very coachable and I would bet on him being one who flourishes under Hardwick. One of the players on our list who can genuinely break the lines and kicks goals too. Far too soon to write him off, he'd want to have a good year next year, however I think he safely has another two years left to prove himself. Is contracted for 2010 anyway.
