What you get seems fantastic but for over three grand a season it would want to be.  All the same I'm jealous that you can afford such an expense. That will be my next aim, to become a coterie member after working my way up to reserve seating, MCC membership and getting rid of the home loan....only 30 odd years to go

As I said in an earlier post I was disappointed with the increase (up $400 on this season) more so because some things have taken away next year (eg the photo and we got jackets this season) but hey that seems the nature of the beast these days. 

$3400 is for a double membership though.
Mine is a single & I worked part time to pay for it. Worth every boring hour.

Yep no disputing that the $3400 is for a double. Double or single the prices have gone up

The single one's gone up $200 on the 2009 price and again based on what's been taken away I still say I think the increases are disappointing in the overall scheme of things

The increases in the Player Club prices are IMHO made even more disappointing when you consider the Richmond Executive package has only gone up $150 and none of the beneifts appear to have changed

I suppose one could argue that at least next year we actually get 11 home games. The replacement 'home game' against Melb gave us a reserved area to sit in and nothing more.

Yeah you could but everyone membership category & coterie group could argue the same this year.

My view is this: 2 x 17 game memberships with premium reserved seats would cost me $1036 ($518 ea) + the GF guarantee would cost $150. Total = $1186.

Is the difference of $2214 worth the benefits we receive in Player Club?

I had a look again at the interstate membership. Its not really worth it as I can't even guarantee I will make it to the Brisbane match. Instead of paying $125 for something I may not use I'd rather pay a token fee to +1 to our membership total.

Hi WP, regarding the photo so do you mean the photo you used to have taken at the players sponsor dinner?  I was thinking about getting the Players Sponsors package B but no point if I can't have my photo taken with the player I sponsor unless I get one taken by a passerby "oi mate, can you take a pic of me and my boy".  Certainly doesn't seem worth the extra dollars you are required to pay.

Yes that's the photo I mean - the one taken at the dinner. The renewal clearly says you get "signed picture of your sponsored player" unlike previous years where it said you got you photo taken with your sponsored player at the dinner. I've checked and what I've been told is we are not getting our photos taken with your player

But can I add that the dinner is awlays a great night

Yes i have been to a couple of the dinners and they always are a good night.

Sounds like cost cutting in one hand and more revenue raising in the other.

paid my membership yesterday.

saw some players.

Shane Edwards in his very nice BMW.

Robin Nahas in some black car, i think it could of been a Mazda.

funny, at the same time, saw Dean Polo walking into the rooms and Nahas yelled something at him that scared him. lol!

then heading towards the Tiger Den, Polo was there and stood next to him.

i must say i was disappointed at his height.

i was actually taller then him! thought he was taller.

saw Luke McGuane who has very small arms.

not as big as i thought, no bulk on his arms!

also brought The "Richo" DVD, watch it, not bad!

could of shown more highlights!

And this has made them look that way.
I know when the team were in Sunraysia, I stood close to some of the smaller type players and they were still taller than me.
Richo just towered over me.
But you see them on the box and you think that they are this way and when you really meet them they are taller or smaller than what you thought.
