I am leaning towards St Kilda...

A) I think it would be amusing for Geelong to dominate the competition for 3 years and only have 1 flag to show for it. :lol

B) My cousin actually played for St Kilda in the 97 Grand Final.(So I do have a soft spot for them)

C) 1 flag in over 100 years.......Saints fans know pain-Time for number 2.

Geelong for me then they can go away for a while.... :thumbsup

X 2.  I don't necessarily hate the Saints but I couldn't stand the thought of that little weasel Milne holding a premiership medallion.

I hope the Cats win. Like WP I can't stand Saints supporters and their new found arrogance. Plus that weed Milne just rubs me the wrong way.

Can't stand Aints supporters either.
They think the world owes them a flag 'cause they have been so bad forover a 100 years.

And it seems Riewoldt is now a protected species.....

NRL finals really hard to pick. No doubt the four form sides of the competition have made it to the semis. Storm probably in the best recent form but Brisbane and Parra have been really good over the last 6-8 weeks and Bulldogs been good all season.

He is the new Matthew Lloyd - and it's another reason I don't want them to win it!

Six degrees of separation (Herald-Sun)

A few ex-Tigers down at the Cattery....

Six degrees of separation
Herald Sun, 23-09-2009, Pg: 73

RICHMOND is claiming a rather large influence down at Geelong.

This is why:
CATS vice president Gareth Andrews is a 1974 Richmond premiership player and is also a former general manager of the Tigers.

GEELONG football manager Neil Balme is also a 1974 Richmond premiership player.

Duncan Kellaway is the Cats' physio.

Is it Richmond thats claiming? Or is it the reporter that is claiming that he knows someone who is the best friend of the milkman who chats to a guy who sells the footy record who knows someone who knows an official at the club who is claiming we have a large influence at the Cats? There's your six degrees anyway!   :wallywink

I knew it was bad but I didn't know how bad........

"Another major combatant in Saturday's grand final, Nick Riewoldt, is also prominent on the list of players in the good books with the umps.

Riewoldt, at the centre of the most controversial free kick of the year last Friday night, has conceded only 38 frees in the past three years.

The umps, though, have rewarded the St Kilda skipper with 112, giving him a differential of +74 going into the biggest game of his life."
