It's a token pick because I can't get onto Centrebet to place a bet  :banghead
On Melbourne Cup day, I'm predicting lots of hissy fits - like i just did lol
I think a Centrebet operator just fainted with the eloquence of my speech  ;)

LOL @ the crowd booing the jockeys as they were being presented before the race. That's shocking! Only Damien Oliver got some sort of a cheer.

Bit of an anti-climax, especially after last year's race.  I was kind of hoping Pop Rock would be declared winner.

Both horses had great form coming 2nd and 3rd in the Caulfield Cup.

As has been said many times, the Japanese will be all over the Melbourne Cup now.

As for a protest, Oliver's horse moved in atleast 2 horse widths before leveling with Delta Blues so he really had no leg to stand on in terms of a protest.

LOL Moi.

At least got a placing with Maybe Better but the Japanese horses smashed them.

As has been said many times, the Japanese will be all over the Melbourne Cup now.

Johnny Letts has got a year to learn Japanese  :lol

Don't really bet on horses anymore but had $10 on Delta. Was $18 on Centrebet.
