played a great game once he got some confidence going. Certainly taking many risks. Master of the duck tackle  :snidegrin Starting to mark the ball under pressure & when the team is under the pump. Maybe with Dea at his side next week & Batchlor having a rest he would be even more confident  :clapping game well played  :gotigers

Alarmingly is looking quite competent the last month. Reckon teams have caught onto his high free kick drawing ways though.

I would hate to play on a defender like Grimes. Now that he has got a few games under his belt, he is starting to read the play well. He wears his opponent like a glove. Grimes is so stingy he is still waiting for the bible to come out in paperback. He looks fitter and gets to more contests as a result, continues to improve which has been great for our defence.

Disagree, the onus is on the tackler.
Well done to Grimes and Miles. Evading tackles has become a super important part of the game with all of this congestion.

Miles is a bit of a ducker but he goes in hard for the ball while doing it. Grimes already has the ball but stops, props and drops his head/arms. Not a good look IMO
