Rodan was on fire that day too.

We've been very lucky so far this preseason as far as injuries especially compared to other clubs with broken legs and dislocated shoulders  :help. The main thing no matter what the result is everyone gets through these practice games injury-free.

looking fwd to the performance next week. Will just about be a full dress rehearsal for round 1 so for mine the 'it's just a practice match' comments won't sit, win or lose next week I will take a lot out of where we're at bc Im sure both us and essendon will load up on as many rnd 1 probables as possible.

Richmond to Morwell for NAB 4
richmondfc.com.au
Mon 08 March, 2010

Richmond will play its final pre season NAB Challenge match against Essendon in Morwell on Saturday March 13.

The Tigers will play the Bombers at 3.30pm at Morwell Football Ground.

Richmond has recorded one win and two losses in the pre season so far, in preparation for the opening game of the season against Carlton on Thursday March 25.

The NAB series has enabled the Club’s young players some valuable ground time against some of the league’s fancied teams including Hawthorn, Geelong and Collingwood.

Stay tuned to richmondfc.com.au for more details of this week’s match in Morwell, including ticketing information.

The match will again be covered live through the Club’s web site.

I expect we will be 80% full strength this hitout, effectively a dummy run for R1 ...should be a good guide for rookie promotion and senior inclusions :shh

Yep probably give our certainties for round 1 a couple of quarters for their own personal fine tuning and play the majority of blokes who will be on the selective cusp to see whether they are worthy of a round 1 place.

Good to see the club cottoning on to the live coverage idea.

Wish i could get to this one!

i think this will be a real good marker for how our season will go. I don't think we have to win, but if we are competetive i will be so very pleased.

Essendon coach Matthew Knights told the Windy Hill crowd that the Bombers would field a strong side for their last scheduled practice game against Richmond in Morwell on Saturday.

"We took a really young side up to Blacktown on the weekend, and they did a good job against the Swans, and we're looking to field nearly our best side against Richmond," Knights said.

I wasn't going to take a video camera, and anyway, Axl Rose had my other video pulled, he didn't like the use of his song in it!!

Try redoing it with cover version, it may sneak past copyright software.
