Did you not see the Collingwood game torch?

He was awful and rightly got dropped. Now you (and Madtiger) want to reward him ...no make that gift him a game why  ???

He doesn't deserve to play until he get his intensity and desire up to level that says "I want to be here and play AFL football"

Yes.

He did compete with the best defence in the AFL.

Jack had Simon.

One match and we drop him?

So do we delist him and keep Hislop?

So using your logic the other 2 who came in for 1 game shouldn't have been dropped either? They shoould have been given more time as well. And if your answer is NO then my repsonse is you can't have it both ways

And to argue that he played on the best defence in the comp is a cop out. Playing on the best defence shouldn't stop you doing the basic - like chasing your opponent or attempting to stop him gettng the ball

Just been reading some Melbourne forums, they seem to think they'll be playing finals in 5 weeks time.

Let's smash these beggars!!

The MCC is predicting a crowd of 40k on Sunday.

Berry Street Cup

On Sunday August 8, Richmond will take on Melbourne for the 2010 Berry Street Cup.  A long-standing community partner of the Richmond Football Club and the Tigers in the Community Foundation, Berry Street looks after thousands of Victorian children and young people who cannot live safely at home because of serious family issues.

To celebrate the day, Richmond is inviting kids aged between eight and 14 to be part of a tug-of-war, on the MCG before the game.

Simply send an email to nlange@richmondfc.com.au stating your name, age and contact phone number.  The first 25 eligible entries will be notified.

You can support Berry Street by accessing the Richmond FC Berry St Cup Everyday Hero page and making a donation.  For more info, click here

Some wishful thinking there. The Dees are effectively two games out with just 4 rounds to go and they play Hawthorn, Port (away) and North after us. No four gimmes there.

And if they play on the weekend the way they played the 2nd half last weekend theyll be losing this week. The Tiger Army could be on the march.

WHO WILL WIN AND WHY
Demons players are continually talking down their chances of running out in September, but surely the chance to play in the finals will give them enough motivation to get past the rejuvenated Tigers.

PREDICTION
Melbourne by 28 points.

many players were awful that day. Tough game to bring Post back. He should have been given a 6 week run in the seniors not only to get his confidence and form up but to give us a 2nd tall target every week
