How many fans do you think the Tigers would have got at the 'G if we were in the Pies form, playing against the Eagles.

The Pies got 52,000.

I honestly think we could easily beat that if we were 2nd on the ladder (after years of playing finals) playing an up and coming challenger.

Wayne coming off our win against the bombers so on current improving form not on premiership defence form I have no doubt we wouldve got 40-45k on saturday if we were playing the eagles. Add genuine premiership form to that and who knows?

Agree TM. We get about 30k on average as a bottom 8 side against the Eagles at the 'G. Easily add 10-15k if we were reigning premiers and flying like the Pies with the bandwagon full loaded.

Benny said the membership dept. is confident of reaching 48k. That's a realistic figure. We'll probably crack the 50k mark and hopefully beyond next year. I think the planned target is 52k.
