IMPORTANT MEMBERS INFORMATIONAs a result of the Club's determination to ensure that we regularly, and reliably, communicate with our members, a decision was made to change the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that we've been using.
This change will ensure that we can more proactively follow up incorrect personal information of our members, communicate issues to our members in a more timely, professional and efficient manner, and, ultimately, keep our members better informed of important Club information. The CRM transition has been underway since the middle of the year. This e-mail is the first time the Club has communicated with you using the new CRM software.
MEMBERSHIP SURVEY RESULTSIn early 2010, several focus groups for members were facilitated by the Club. An online survey was e-mailed out to all members, who had a correct e-mail address, enabling them to provide valuable feedback to the Club. Click for more info
2011 JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPSThroughout the 2010 season, the Richmond Football Club has undertaken a major review of junior membership categories and the associated benefits that come with them.
DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPSDirect-debit membership is the most cost effective and efficient way to play your part in the future success of the Club. The Club has made some significant changes to direct-debit memberships for next season.
RESERVED SEATINGReserved seating at Richmond home games will be in high demand in 2011, as members of the Yellow and Black faith flock to watch the next phase of the Tigers' development. There are plenty of benefits available.
