Made a few dumb mistakes that quarter which allowed the Saints to get in front and get a 3-goal break but good work by us not to give up and we've stuck with them to half-time. It's the style of team footy we've played that has been most impressive. Mostly proactive and playing on rather than getting stuck in a mark kick game (a small patch in the 2nd where we did stagnate but we fixed it).

Saints really rely on Dal Santo, Goddard and Montagna to get a heap of it. Not much on the horizon youth wise for them.
