Give him a tagging role each week and tell him to spread quickly when we have the ball I reckon. His skills aren't good enough to be our outside link-man but he does have a big engine.

Unfortuantely there's no one to replace him. Well there is, but they should be replacing others before Grigg

  • Mcdonough is playing backline at times. He got 35+ touches a few times as a junior. I would like to see him given a shot.

    Williams, Cadeyn is a mid.

Are we going to delist Gideon Simon and Verrier without a chance?

Mcintosh can play middle according to claw.

If Arnot plays then someone can go outside ie. Deledio, Martin etc.

Helbig would be almost perfect replacement.

If they stop dropping Dea then a Vlastuin, Ellis, Conca, Houli, Morris type backman can push in Griggy spot.

I would rather White. For all his flaws he has balls.

If we were flying without having dropped a game I would understand the like of Jackson, McGaune, Grigg not getting dropped but given the current predicament it is bizarre.

Mcdonough. should take nahas spot before Griggs

    Williams, injured

Gideon Simon and Verrier both rookies so can't play

Mcintosh okay maybe, but has he deserved it more than Grigg?

    Arnot Should replace Lonergan

Helbig disagree, should play inside not out. Could be wrong but doesn't look like he would have the tank

    Ellis, Conca injured

Vlastuin could play it, but wouldn't want to make him sit so outside when he seems like he would be good in traffic. Then would also need to find someone else to fill his spot

Houli, Morris to badly needed in their roles

White Already in the team and is also a poor user of the ball
    [/list]

Ellis would be perfect for his role IMO, but his injured so he can't

I would drop Grigg until he learns to hit targets and be more damaging.

White ---> Grigg at least ...

After a so-so first half to the season, last night was Grigg's best game for the year. More like the form he displayed in 2012.

Top goal from the wing too.

Grigg put in against the dogs was a good game from him, took a great grab, kicked goals ran his arse off.

we play him on a wing and i have a few issues with this.
1/ his foot skills are not good enough.
2/ hes a down hill skier and only runs one way hard.
3/ his pace well hes not slow but hes no line breaker imo.

while hes been a valuable pick up and his run and spread in 2012 was excellent hes always been one i thought we should in time be looking to upgrade on.
dont think we should cut him but atm i would hope we are looking to have someone push him out of the 22.
