Right now it is an international diplomacy and criminal matter. He has been arrested by the Brits, the US are trying to get him extradited, while Sweden is looking at doing the same.

Well he's finally been released after doing a plea deal with US authorities

He's pleaded guilty but no extradition or jail time

I'm sure some will be over the moon
