It's just the material. It's reflecting the light differently to the polo tops.

Saw the Melbourne guernsey in the shops yesterday. It certainly isnt red anymore. Closer to the maroon of the lions.

It suits them, they should keep it. Change their name back to the Fuchsias while they are at it.
