Apparently KB has already acknowledged that the Luke rushed behind free kick was WRONG.

BTW:  Nick R.  2 possessions in the 2nd half, zero in the 3rd.  1 was the goal from the acknowledged incorrect free kick.  I think Luke took the bickies in that contest.

Problem is he will be eating bickies in the stands next week, if the match review panel follows the trend set by tonights umpires then he should be rubbed out for about 3 months!

He'll get 2 at least.  maybe 3 to 4.

What did everyone think regarding the intentional rushed behind by McGuane? The following is taken from the AFL laws of the game:

That and Morton's mark that wasn't paid were costly.  :banghead

Towelled up the best player in the comp(imo). This is what this bloke can do. Back him in against the best and he'll lift.

Our backline is imploding, we are really going to have to watch the over the top rough play, we just don't have the depth to cover. Who the hell will play on Buddy next week......Thursty.....

This game proved that Grigg was a good selection even though his kicking can be suspect. He really kept us in the game.

Who cares if he missed that goal. I would argue Morton's fly over the top was more costly. What was he thinking at that stage of the game.

Lids
Dusty
Grigg

3 best out there. Nahas continues his good form. Matty White has a new position. Destroyed Montagna he did. Newman great smother in the dying seconds saved the game for us.

Dont know why Conca was left on Milne the whole game

I actually think Helbig is going to be our best recruit from last years draft. The boy has some serious talent.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

It was a joke Wayne and the amount of times their players got away with deadset dropping it was disgraceful.

Well, to the positives. Great team effort by all.

Grigg was great, looks like he just strolls along, but keeps racking it up and is good with his hands.

Deledio and Martin good returns to form.

Vickery continues to impress, and when he kicked that goal and pumped his fist, he's getting some size into those arms now.

White great tagging job again.

Not a one man team, just goes to show, if we can keep pumping it in, someone will kick a goal.

Jakey King is very important to us, had a scuffle and he picks out the biggest guy there (McEvoy) and dumps him  :lol

McGuane was very good on Riewoldt. Great spoiling, pity he's going to get a week for jumping off the ground. Luckily Ray wasn't KO'ed, it would have been 3-4 weeks.

The tackling and defensive efforts were fantastic.

The kids were good again, Conca got a tough job on the rat, but stuck at it, I really like Helbig.

Umpires disgraceful. Our players are continuing their development. Young players showing plenty. Not a bad nights work from the young boys tonight. No complaints from except for the umpires by the way who was the umpire at the St Kilda end in the last quarter- shouldnt even be umpiring in the bush that bloke, just disgraceful.
