This is the same story that came out about this time last year... :sleep

If we say we are going to be "major players" during the trade period then lets see it and stop talking it!!!!

I agree. Lets stop talk big game and just wait till trade week and surprise us(fans) with some top notching trade.

My idiot radar just blew up.
Who isn't a fan of the thinking man's orange Tim Fleming?

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.

And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

Let's make RFC bleed for what its worth. That's what the other clubs are thinking.
Overprice their players at our expense while others seem to have a better way to keep things to themselves until the right time and get their deals done properly.

Idiots. I couldn't give an eff about people writing strategies. Show me the money!
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

The correct terminology is 'chodar'.

Give them the clap, the itch, hades-herpes an a finger up the jacksy just for good measure

So your saying we should offer them Edwards, Hislop and Jackson?

Makes sense...

Richmond after Alipate Carlisle according to Barrett

Damian Barrett saying Port's Alipate Carlisle, Jackson Trengove, John Butcher and Andrew Moore all may head back to Victoria with that club in crisis. He said with Carlisle it's not GWS but Victorian clubs interested with Richmond heading the list and ready to be big players during trade week.

I swear the media is just throwing our name with every player whether they've actually heard it from a source or not.

MELBOURNE has conceded rival clubs are stalking its ruckman, but is confident it will retain its young talls next year.

First choice ruckman Mark Jamar, 27, is under contract until the end of next year, but the Demons are working feverishly to retain Stefan Martin, 24, and Max Gawn, 19, in the face of considerable interest from other clubs.

Gawn is coming off his fixed two-year contract.

Player managers are likely the ones connecting us with anyone.

Anyone no much about Gawn?
He's behind Jamar and Martin (who has improved markedly). We could offer him some good money and the number one ruck spot.
Is nice and young and might not be too expensive.
