I imagine many are watching the same thing, but Barrett on the Footy Show just said that Zac Dawson may be available due to the Saints' salary cap issues.

(unrelated) Then he went on to say McGuane and Conners may want out. I wouldn't lose any sleep over either. In fact, I've been wanting McGuane gone as much as many of you would like Jackson gone.

I wanted us to cash in on McGuane's currency a few years ago when GC were circling. Wouldn't used plastic fork for him now.

the most pathetic thing was to sign a GC raised player to a 3 year deal. That was a pathetic decision by the club.

He is worthless now

More chance of me impregnating Caro  than getting anything better than a 4th rounder for this spud

...Mc G would struggle to be our no1 defender down at the Burgs now - Grimes, Astbury, Rance, Moore (if fit), Post etc all leap frogging him in the firsts -  he'd struggle to play again...include him in a package for a "need" or take what we can & hope our recruiting staff earn their bucks by unearthing some talent late in the draft or from VFL/WAFL/SANFL etc...meant to be a weaker draft but apparently fairly even spread of decent talent after the first 12 - 15picks...plus we've seen the value of a good pick of a slightly more mature age player by other clubs...
