For football club to do that, I would beleive that is a complete lack of vision. considering of his output against Geelong
Also he had broken ribs when he played round 4 and missed the next 3 weeks
Unfortunately not a level playing field for some players at punt rd

would think Hislop and Hicks are a total waste of space
What else do you think is garbage ?
Our list is poor, Recruiting been ordinary

It's all after the fact, it's easy to pot players and recruiting when it dosent work out but we never hear from you prior to the draft? Why? With all your knowledge you should be head of recruiting! What are your thought for this years draft? Who should we look at rookieing? You must of scouted plenty of players by now to have a good feel as to who we should be targeting?
Why don't you show your hand now so in a couple of years time you can actually say I told you so with some credibility.

So we are the only club on earth to do somthing like this to our players?
I can think of a dozen separate instances where a club has thought a player will not be a part of there plans going forward hence they are left to rot in the VFL. Some have even gone on to play in a premiership :o

"its all after the fact"

hahahaha

Tiger tassie im not sure how long you have followed Richmond for but if you knew about footbll you would've known Hislop was a complete waste of time.

Hislop was a reject that Essendon didnt want. Thompson and Mclovin Ditto.

Most people on this site thought they were duds 4 years ago and still think that.

Other clubs are picking up gems through the rookie draft and what do we get.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Dude, I'm not saying we havnt made some monumental stuff ups regarding our drafting just saying Jstar has a habit of bringing up the obvious but is never willing to put his money where his mouth is before the drafts!

Adding to that Mclovin was playing reserves at the Buldogs when Wallett/Miller through all their wisdom decided a 3 yrs contract was deserving.

Hislop and Thompson couldnt get a game at their respective clubs and while others were raping the draft we still were picking up other clubs rejects

i cant speak for him for Jack, what i can see is the RFC is not in a position to take risks and IMO we still make stupid risky decisions.

Why rookie Hislop again. Rookie draft is a powerful draft if used correctly yet we screw it up every year.

I was also dead against the Conca move and still am. I think he will be a serviceable player but not A grade.

Now its my opinion and i may be wrong

All i want is the best for the club and thats get rid of rubbish. Now we hold onto your mcguane/Edwards type till they are worthless.

McMahon played close to 20 senior games for the Dogs that year despite popular belief. Still wouldn't have traded for him but he wasn't in the twos all year
