In that footage it showed him tapping the ball out of the ruck and it went straight to a team mate. What's the story with that?

Just wait til he gets here and Lade tells him not to look at the ball at centre bounces  We'll make a ruckman out of this guy yet

Very happy with this trade. He has size and skill to make Gus look like...well Gus. The difference between Maric and Gus/Browne is his body work, work around the ground, marking and kicking. So a far bit. With a bit of extra responsibility he may actually develop his game further.

Pick 37 is a great get in this draft where picks after 20 are a lottery at best. Adelaide were prepared to play hardball with us, try and save face and reclaim their comp pick they threw away on Tambling but we stood strong. Over the last couple of years I have been particularly impressed by our recruitment department....and it's not over yet.
